The objective of instilling moral values to children is to establish cross-group friendships and enhance positive interaction with other races. For example, children can make friends regardless of their skin color. The second objective is to decrease and eliminate prejudices and discrimination between one and another.​ This is to prevent bullying in school among children. The third objective is to introduce children about the diverse cultures and people from different races and ethnicities.​ Therefore, children who learn about diverse cultures in school will feel more comfortable when dealing with these differences in their future.
